AA-20DD實(shí)時(shí)自相關(guān)儀用于平滑快速測(cè)量飛秒和皮秒脈寬,。自相關(guān)儀不同型號(hào)對(duì)應(yīng)不同波長(zhǎng)，AA-20DDM使用3個(gè)可互換光電探測(cè)器和光學(xué)元件可以覆蓋這幾個(gè)波長(zhǎng)范圍,。根據(jù)需要可以覆蓋兩個(gè)獨(dú)立的范圍。輸入脈寬范圍從10 fs至30 ps,，易于監(jiān)視不同的激光器系統(tǒng),，尤其是飛秒和皮秒振蕩器（監(jiān)視放大器，見ASF-20單次自相關(guān)儀）,。
