具有如下技術(shù)特征:
  • 4個(gè)內(nèi)部溫度控制區(qū)可獨(dú)立加熱,最高達(dá)250 ℃(TCD),。這樣可以防止氣體在流動(dòng)過(guò)程中凝結(jié)與吸附,。
  • 小體積的內(nèi)部管路保證了高分辨率與快速探測(cè)器響應(yīng),并在計(jì)算氣體體積時(shí)減少錯(cuò)誤,。
  • 高度敏感的線性熱傳導(dǎo)檢測(cè)器(TCD )確保校準(zhǔn)體積在整個(gè)峰范圍內(nèi)保持恒定,,從而峰面積與反應(yīng)氣體體積成正比關(guān)系
  • 四個(gè)高精度的質(zhì)量流量控制器提供非常準(zhǔn)確、可程序控制的氣體流量控制,,保證了穩(wěn)定的基線和氣體體積的準(zhǔn)確測(cè)定,。
  • 鍍金TCD具有超強(qiáng)抗氨腐蝕性和抗氧化性,從而盡可能降低檢測(cè)器損耗,。
