工作職責(zé):
A. 崗位描述 Job Description:
1. Assist the Area Sales Manager for promotion and sales of powder processing equipment from group’s manufactures to Chinese customers in chemical & mineral industry area.
協(xié)助區(qū)域銷(xiāo)售經(jīng)理負(fù)責(zé)集團(tuán)各工廠粉體加工設(shè)備在中國(guó)市場(chǎng)化工和礦物工業(yè)領(lǐng)域的推廣和銷(xiāo)售;
2. Fulfill the sales target, meanwhile search the potential customers and markets with the guidance from the Area Sales Manager.
在區(qū)域銷(xiāo)售經(jīng)理的指導(dǎo)下開(kāi)拓新的潛在客戶和市場(chǎng),,完成銷(xiāo)售任務(wù),;
3. Complete sales contracts negotiation and confirmation with customers, to complete the communication with customer during the order fulfillment process, confirm the products delivery and payments and so on;
完成與客戶的銷(xiāo)售合同談判及確認(rèn)訂立,,完成訂單執(zhí)行過(guò)程中的與客戶的溝通,、貨期確認(rèn)、收款等
4. Report and feedback the process information about the responsible area & industry timely
及時(shí)反饋和報(bào)告在所負(fù)責(zé)區(qū)域或行業(yè)的進(jìn)度信息
5. Obey the company’s rules and sales policies.
遵守公司各項(xiàng)規(guī)章制度,,執(zhí)行公司銷(xiāo)售政策,;
6. Fix annual job target, submit job report regularly (incl. competition, market trend etc.).
明確本崗位的年度任務(wù)目標(biāo),定期提交工作報(bào)告(內(nèi)容包括競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手情況和市場(chǎng)動(dòng)向),;
7. Push the sales cycle of customer service and spare parts, and explore the new service and sales model, to come true the sales margin and growth;
推動(dòng)客戶的服務(wù)及備件銷(xiāo)售的周期循環(huán),,并探索新的服務(wù)和銷(xiāo)售模式,實(shí)現(xiàn)利潤(rùn)和銷(xiāo)售額的增長(zhǎng),;
8. Collaborate the received inquiries with other Sales Engineers who responsible for relevant industry application and the group manufacturers, so as to get the orders smoothly.
與公司各應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域銷(xiāo)售工程師及集團(tuán)國(guó)外工廠方面合作,,處理收集到的客戶詢(xún)價(jià),并配合完成銷(xiāo)售,;
9. Maintain the relationship with old customers, develop new customers and markets.
鞏固既有客戶關(guān)系,、發(fā)展新客戶,開(kāi)拓新的市場(chǎng)領(lǐng)域,;
10. Attend training program arranged by the company for technical and sales skills and self-improvement continually.
參加公司技術(shù)及營(yíng)銷(xiāo)培訓(xùn),,提高自身綜合素養(yǎng);
11. Report to the Area Sales Manager.
向區(qū)域銷(xiāo)售經(jīng)理直接匯報(bào)工作,。 資格要求 Qualifications:
1. University degree or above (Machinery and equipment, Chemical engineering and chemical technology background as preference).
大學(xué)本科以上學(xué)歷(機(jī)械設(shè)備,、化學(xué)工程、化工工藝類(lèi)專(zhuān)業(yè)優(yōu)先),。
2. Minimum 3 years’ working experience. Preferably for those who have the knowledge in powder processing and equipment, or the knowledge in chemical and mineral industries.
3年以上實(shí)際工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),,了解粉體工藝和設(shè)備或者有化工礦物方面的知識(shí)背景者優(yōu)先。
3. CET 6. Fluent English both in written and oral is a must.
英語(yǔ)六級(jí)以上,,聽(tīng)說(shuō)讀寫(xiě)流利,,能與老外自如地用英語(yǔ)交流。
4. Be willing to travel frequently in China and to overseas. Be willing to take hard work under pressure.
能接受頻繁出差于國(guó)內(nèi)外,,勤奮工作有抗壓力,。
5. Have high sense of responsibility. Be integrity and confidence.
有較強(qiáng)的責(zé)任心,為人正直,、自信,。
6. Have a big hear for a diversity world. Good self-education ability.

8. Practiced computer application skill.
