工作原理

進(jìn)料螺旋輸送機(jī)將儲(chǔ)存于原料倉(cāng)的粉體物料，用電腦控制以固定的流量進(jìn)入進(jìn)料管,，而在進(jìn)入分級(jí)機(jī)前,，粉體物料會(huì)與風(fēng)機(jī)的主氣流充分混合，充滿(mǎn)物料的主氣流先進(jìn)入分級(jí)機(jī)下部的蝸殼,，運(yùn)用蝸殼結(jié)構(gòu)將進(jìn)入蝸殼的氣流改變運(yùn)動(dòng)方向,，形成漩渦，在漩渦力的作用下,，使進(jìn)入下殼體的主氣流變成螺旋上升氣流,，在離心力的作用下對(duì)粉體物料進(jìn)行預(yù)分級(jí)，較粗顆粒粉體會(huì)先行分出,，沒(méi)有進(jìn)入下殼體而從分級(jí)機(jī)底部落下的粗顆粒粉體,，即為分級(jí)后的下品。
