設備原理Equipment principle
空氣通過加熱器加熱后，經(jīng)送風機進入干燥塔頂部的熱風分配器,，通過熱風分配器后,，熱空氣均勻的進入干燥塔內，并呈螺旋狀運動,。料泵同時將料液送至干燥塔頂部的離心噴霧器,，料液被噴成極小的霧狀液滴,。使料液和熱空氣接觸的表面積大大增加，水份迅速蒸發(fā),，在極短時間內干燥為干品,。干品由旋風分離器與濕空氣分離，經(jīng)旋風分離器底部的集料旋蝸室由干燥的空氣送至小旋風分離器分離,，并收集在收料筒,，尾氣經(jīng)引風機排出。
干燥機的熱風系統(tǒng),、吹掃系統(tǒng),、風送系統(tǒng)均配有初效、中效,、亞高效等過濾器,，凡進入干燥系統(tǒng)的風都經(jīng)過濾處理,。凡與物料接觸部位均采用不銹鋼制作,，符合GMP要求。
