摘要: In order to improve the electrochemical performance of LiNi0.5Mn1.5O4,a layer of inert indium oxide(In2O3)was coated on the surface of lithium nickel-manganate electrode material by high temperature solid phase method using indium nitrate(In(NO3)3·H2O)as raw material,and the effect of different amount of In2O3coating on the electrochemical performance of lithium nickel-manganate composite material was studied.XRD test results show that coating indium oxide does not change the structure of anode material LiNi0.5Mn1.5O4.When the coating volume is 7%,the first discharge specific capacity is 134.21 mAh/g at 0.1 mA test current,which is significantly higher than that of the uncoated material(115.65 mAh/g).After 100 cycles,the capacity is 128.4 mAh/g,and the capacity retention rate is 95.67%.Under the test current condition of 0.5 mA,the first discharge specific capacity is 78.13 mAh/g,after 100 cycles the specific capacity is 56.25 mAh/g,the capacity retention rate is 64.44%.In2O3coating can protect the material and promote ion conduction,which can effectively improve the electrochemical performance of cathode materials.
