摘要: 研究利用QLM-Ⅳ型流化床式氣流磨生產(chǎn)電氣石粉體時(shí)各種工藝條件對產(chǎn)品細(xì)度的影響,。結(jié)果表明,當(dāng)噴嘴直徑為?13mm,、分級輪轉(zhuǎn)速為3900r/min時(shí),可以分別從旋風(fēng)收料和布袋收塵得到d50=3.390μm和d50=1.961μm的電氣石微粉。通過進(jìn)一步調(diào)節(jié)分級輪轉(zhuǎn)速,、噴嘴直徑,、粉碎次數(shù)等參數(shù),可以生產(chǎn)出粒度分布窄,、解團(tuán)聚充分、無污染的超細(xì)電氣石系列粉體,并且為后續(xù)濕法攪拌磨礦制備生產(chǎn)原料,。 The effect of the technical parameters on the particle size of the tourmaline powder product from the jet mill is investigated by the QLM-Ⅳ fluidized bed opposed jet mill.The results show that under the condition of the muzzles size(13mm and the rotating speed of classification wheel 3900 r/min,the powder products with d50-size 3.390μm and 1.961μm are obtained from the cyclone classifier and the hop-pocket dust collector,respectively.The tourmaline ultra-fine powders with the characters of narrow size distr...
