摘要: 用水熱法分別在200℃和220℃下反應5h制備了納米級鎳鋅鐵氧體(Ni0.5Zn0.5Fe2O4)粉體,。用X射線衍射(X-ray diffraction,XRD)分析合成的納米Ni0.5Zn0.5Fe2O4的物相,結果表明:200℃水熱反應5h得到的納米Ni0.5Zn0.5Fe2O4粉體中含有γ-Fe2O3,220℃水熱反應5h可以得到純納米Ni0.5Zn0.5Fe2O4粉體,。用透射電鏡(transmission electronmicroscope,TEM)、M?ssbauer譜(M?ssbauer spectroscopy,MS),、Fourier紅外分析(Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,FTIR),、振動樣品磁強計(vibrating sample magnetometer,VSM)等方法表征純納米Ni0.5Zn0.5Fe2O4粉體。TEM結果表明:納米Ni0.5Zn0.5Fe2O4粉體粒子為球形,粒徑約為20nm。室溫MS結果表明:大部分納米Ni0.5Zn0.5Fe2O4粉體粒子表現(xiàn)出鐵磁性,少量的表現(xiàn)出超順磁性,。FTIR分析表明:樣品在577cm-1和42...
