概述

原理
干燥段分成若干單元,，每一單元的熱風(fēng)獨(dú)立循環(huán),，由下往上穿過鋪滿物料的不銹鋼網(wǎng)帶，帶走物料水份,。網(wǎng)帶緩慢移動(dòng),，物料運(yùn)行速度可根據(jù)物料溫度調(diào)節(jié)。干燥后的成品連續(xù)落入收料器中,。
The drving section is divided into several units.The hot air of each unit circulates independently and passes through the stainless steel mesh bel covered with materials from bottom to top to take away the moisture of materials.The mesh belt moves slowly,and the material running speed car be adjusted according to the material temperature.The dried product falls into the feeder continuously.
用途
用于透氣性較好的片狀,、條狀、顆粒狀物料的連續(xù)成批干燥,，尤其適合于含水率高,，且具備熱敏性能的物料，如脫水蔬菜,、中藥飲片等,。可干燥經(jīng)造?；蛑茽詈蟮拿撍疄V餅類的膏狀物料,。對(duì)于含水率特別高的物料，可用多臺(tái)串聯(lián)形成流水線,。
